Details of Service

The HSE has created six new health regions. Each region is responsible for providing both
hospital and community care for the people in that area. Bringing community health
services and hospitals together means we can take a more patient-centred approach to
healthcare.
HSE Dublin and North East provides health and social care to North Dublin, Louth, Meath,
Monaghan and most areas of Cavan.
HSE Dublin and North East Region includes the following Integrated Health Areas (IHAs):

 Dublin North City and West IHA
 Dublin North County IHA
 Louth Meath IHA
 Cavan Monaghan IHA

The Assistant Director of Nursing Clinical Lead appointed to this post will work within
the Integrated Services Programme; working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
delivering a coordinated approach to the rollout of the integrated immunisation
Programme in the Region and the Cavan Monaghan IHA.
The immunisation programme has evolved, developed, and expanded. A dynamic,
flexible, and responsive approach to Vaccinations will be required to meet future and
