The HR Manager will be responsible for the development, delivery and implementation of the HR function with their IHA.
The post holder will provide HR expertise, support and advice to the IHA Management Team and will take a lead role in relation to all areas of HR encompassing both managerial and administrative responsibilities.
They are assigned authority to collaborate and advise IHA Managers and other relevant managers in best practice on all HR-related issues in line with HSE HR policies, protocols and procedures. This responsibility will include participation in recruitment and retention initiatives, employee relations, workforce planning, performance achievement, staff engagement and any other HR projects initiatives which may be assigned from time to time.
